Elongated head, protruding tongue?

Even though I have an elongated forehead and a protruding tongue I am not a mongaloid, or as the PC people call it - Deans Disease. To prove it I am going to write a blog in perfect english.

Some people say that these blogs are not informative enough about what I am doing so here you go.

I woke up, did a poo, sucked bodily fluid from my Mum, burped, went to sleep, did a poo and the whole vicious cycle started again. I heard on TV that parents need to break the vicious cycle. So Dad - stop doing a poo and latching onto Mum.

I am off to lay a log - give me some sympathy as it does take some energy.

One hot dog and minimum chips thanks

Hello fans,

Just a quick update from me. I asked Mum where I came from the other day. She showed me this picture and then advised me that I was bought from The Lucky Horse Chinese, Indian and European takeaways. This does make sense as my fingers and toes do look a little like shoestring fries and lets just say that I have quite the hot dog.

I went to play group with my brother for the first time on Tuesday. The toys were a little unsophisticated for the likes of me so I didn't bother playing with them.

People adore me........ no that is not a statement on peoples perception of me, it is a command.

I am off to grunt at Jude.

It's hard work being a baby...

Well everyone, here I am at nearly 4 weeks old just lazing around on Mum's big ol' lap. Do you like my swanky purple mittens?

I went on my first holiday the other day. We went to Rotorua to stay with Nana & Poppa Thomas (via Hamilton for a quick visit with Nana & Poppa D of course!). I decided that this holiday was the right time to perfect my "wake every 2 hours during the night" routine. Mum and Dad weren't very impressed.

I am putting on weight hand over fist. I put on 440 grams last week and the average is 200g per week, so I am way up there with the big boys!! Mum must have great full-cream milkers to drink from. The midwife is coming again tomorrow to weigh me - I reckon I've put on heaps more weight - this is her last visit though and then I go to Plunket for weighing.

Well that's all from me for now - I've got to go and sleep some more... whew!! It IS hard work being a baby.
